I have been photographing cancer survivors for a number of years, starting with supporting families in the Ronald McDonald House to working at Sick Kids. Recently I have been doing work with Gildas Club of Barrie to raise funds, through a calendar that celebrates the stories of people dealing with cancer. I look at Margie and David as inspiration for what it is to be a couple, to have the strength for one another in their most vulnerable times. This is what seeing the big picture in a relationship is about, this too shall pass, love one another.
